About Lekki Muslim School

The Lekki Muslim Nursery and Primary School was established by the Lekki Muslim Ummah (LEMU) as part of its objectives of spreading both religious and secular education for the reformation of the society.

The school commenced operations on September 26, 2016 with 13 pupils on enrollment. By the first half of the 2016/2017 session, the total number of pupils on enrollment had risen to 34. As at the beginning of the 2019/2020 session, the number of pupils had risen to about 100.

The Lekki Muslim Nursery and Primary School is run by highly cerebral management team led by the Head of School (HOS), in conjunction with a competent Board of Governors chaired by Engr. Raji who is a Chartered Engineer and a fellow of the institute of Technology Engineers (UK). He is also a Member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers and National Institute (mni). A former president of the Lekki Muslim Ummah, Engr. Raji is currently a member of LEMU Board of Trustees.

Our Vision

To produce role models equipped with adequate Islamic and secular knowledge for serving God and aiding the course of humanity.

Our Mission

To impart useful knowledge geared towards moral and academic excellence.

Key Of Success

A wonderful serenity has taken possession of my entire soul, like these sweet mornings of spring which I enjoy with my whole heart. I am alone, and feel the charm of existence.

Dear Parent/Guardian,

Thank you for choosing Lekki Muslim and Nursery School for your child. We welcome you to an environment where our mission is imparting useful knowledge geared towards moral and academic excellence. Our hope is that while your child is with us that he/she will develop into a mature, happy, responsible young adult who is prepared to face the future with confidence and innovative mindset.

The school acknowledges that parent(s)/guardian(s) are the primary educators; as a professional body of teachers, we work in co-operation with the student and the home to help each pupil to reach his/her potential.

We view education as a tool for development of the whole child; intellectual, physical, social and Islamic orientation.

Each student is a unique individual with special gifts and talents – we hope that with motivation, encouragement and hard work that all our students will discover their individual talents.

All we strive to achieve is to produce role models equipped with adequate Islamic and Secular Knowledge for serving God and aiding the course of humanity. Respect for each individual within the school community is also a core value within Lekki Muslim Nursery and Primary School.

One of our core beliefs about academic success is that hard work, determination and consistent effort are key elements in achieving success; all of the above is only possible within a firm but fair code of conduct.

Our educational system is rooted in the British-Nigerian Curriculum but blended with key elements of the Nigerian provision.

Our website aims to provide a tour of the different layers and elements of our school. If you are impressed with what we offer, please come and experience the real school by booking a visit via the phone contact on the page.

We look forward to welcoming you into our family and community.
